With the growth spurt in Qatar's liquefaction capacity nearly at an end, Australia and neighboring Papua New Guinea (PNG) have moved into the spotlight as the big center for LNG expansion. But what ?if much of anything ?is on the liquefaction horizon outside those two South Pacific powerhouses? Not a whole lot is the apparent answer.
