GTL Approaching End Of Its Road

The once promising outlook for the gas-lo-liquids (GTL) process to convert natural gas into diesel and other finished products looks to have run up against a brick wall. Inscribing "Rest In Peace" on a tombstone may be premature, as a few projects are still under construction, but no more GTL ventures are in the works beyond these — or seem likely to be.
