Eastern Canada's Bear Head LNG Sets Out Stall

Developers of the planned Bear Head LNG project in Nova Scotia believe European utilities will find a lot to like about their scheme, both in terms of location and feedstock, executives tell WGI. The project is one of three export plants on the drawing board in Nova Scotia, with a fourth planned in neighboring New Brunswick that would involve converting an existing import terminal (WGI May27'15). None has yet taken a final investment decision as most still need to line up buyers, and Bear Head backers are trying to drum up interest.
