French utility GDF Suez reported a 9% decline in net recurring income to ?3.1 billion ($3.5 billion) in 2014 from ?3.4 billion the previous year, as power and gas earnings were hit by the warmest weather in France in over 100 years, plus ongoing problems in its key European markets.
