Storage inventories are three-quarters full across the US and Europe and 88%-full in Canada — but this varies from almost full west of the Canadian Rockies to a little thin in parts of Europe. After a brief upward spurt, US natural gas prices have resumed their downward path. In contrast, prompt prices remain firm in Western Europe as cool UK weather has caused unseasonally high stock draws.
