A Genomic Analysis to Design a Classifier for Cancer Using Rule Induction

摘要

To design a classifier for breast cancer on a molecular level is an issue of paramount importance. The algorithm is based on induction mechanism. The classifier is designed to adapt to randomness of gene messages and deal with micro-data sets. The classifier performance has been assessed by using clinical data. Gene classification using the classifier has been shown, and the amount of misclassification has been presented.
