For those who grew up with some of Nikon's classic film SLRs, there's been a desire to see Nikon produce a digital equivalent. This has arrived in the form of the Df - a retro DSLR boasting the same 16.2MP sensor found in the company's flagship Nikon D4. Leading to a native ISO range that runs from 100-12,800 (expandable to an ISO equivalent of 204,800), the AF unit is transferred from the D610 and consists of a 39-point AF system comprising nine cross-type variants, capable of locking on to subjects in conditions as poor as -1EV. The standout feature though is the inclusion of a collapsible metering coupling lever, enabling older non-AI Nikon lenses to be used.
