Modular transfer machines - highly productive and (re-) configurable high flexibility through simultaneous configuration of mechanics and control

Increasing the flexibility through (re-) configurability of modular transfer machines combines the advantages of flexible production systems and highly productive transfer lines. In this modular approach, the controller also has a modular structure, which enables a simultaneous configuration of control and mechanical modules.
