When they started out in the veterinary field 10 years ago, Alison Gottlieb and Jessica Kerr had no idea they were destined to become innovators in the profession. In 2003, when the referral practice they had both been working at closed its doors, they seized the opportunity to venture out on their own and started Four Paws Consulting, whose mission is to encourage excellence in other technicians through personalized on-site education and training.
