In terms of the extended nonlinear Schrodinger equation, new localized states of surface magneto-static waves in the ferromagnet-insulator-metal structure are studied by analytical and numerical methods. Problems are discussed that are related to the modulation instability of the homogeneous state and long-wave-length modulation of monochromatic waves in the vicinity of the zero-dispersion point. Conditions of nucleation of multisoliton states are studied. It is shown that for the excitation of these states it is necessary that the amplitude of the initial pulse should exceed a certain threshold value; no such threshold exists for the formation of a single-soliton state. The possibility of experimentally observing the states under study is discussed.
