NAD: Firms Should Be Forthcoming, Focused When Undergoing Reviews

Advertisers and challengers participating in the National Advertising Division's self-regulatory process are best served by sharing infornnation with the Council of Better Business Bureaus division upfront and focusing on issues of greatest concern, NAD attorneys suggest. During a town-hall panel session at the NAD Annual Conference in October, NAD reps recommended measures that can help speed up what is sometimes a lengthy review process.
