It is released from the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)that the national oil strategic reserves bases are building roundly.The Zhenhai oil reserve base of Zhejiang province will totally construct 52 oil storage tanks,of which 16 oil storage tanks has been completed in 2005,the others will complete at the end of 2006.The oil reserve capacity in Zhenhai will reach 5.2 million m~3 at that time.The other three oil reserves bases in Zhoushan of Zhejiang province,Dalian of Liaoning province and Huangdao of Shandong province are building and will complete around 2007.
