POSCO announced that it will raise the prices by 150,000 won per ton on its STS 400-series products, effective from the order input on February 18. Thus, its ex-factory price for STS 430 hot-rolled coils (based on 3 mm in thickness) will increase from 1.34 million won per ton to 1.49 million won, while its new price tag for STS 430 cold-rolled steel sheets will become 1.87 million won instead of 1.72 million won.
