POCOS to Sell Zn-Al Alloy Coated Steel Sheets to Electric Home Appliance Makers

POCOS, a local maker of various surface-treated steel sheets, has recently obtained the approvals on the product quality of its zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel sheets, ALZASTA, from Samsung SDI and LG Electronics, which will be much helpful for POCOS to make its position solid not only in the domestic market, but also in the overseas market for the sales of its products for use asmaterials for electric home appliances. POCOS streamlined its No.2 color coating line (CGL) and No.1 continuous galvanizing line (CGL) in 2005 to raise the production capacity of those facilities and have concentrated its efforts on the improvement in the quality of its products. The company is currently building reliable business relationship in the market by expanding its just-in-time supply system at steel service centers located near the makers of electric home appliances.
