摘要

The stress environment of the fracture trauma section is vital to the fracture healing quality and velocity. The grey predictive control algorithm is used to deal with the characteristic of inertia and time delay of the stress on the trauma section, which is used to perform real time control on the stress of the trauma section based on the control goal of getting optimal physiological stimulus stress during healing. The results of control simulation show that: the stress control method proposed in this paper is simple and practical, can effectively control the stress on trauma section during union and help bone to grow to the best condition to enhance the fracture union quality.
