Grey Evaluation for the Performance of Big-width-library Reading Room Administrator

摘要

This paper firstly adopted grey analysis to estimate the performance of big-width-library reading room administrator by their work such as putting books on bookshelf, sorting bookshelf careful sorting bookshelf, replacing books location, recommending books, accepting consultation, and receiving readers. A weighted assessment formula was obtained, so that we can give an objective and effective performance evaluation.
