摘要

In order to study the motivation of the employees sharing ownership in the internal privatization process in China, this paper takes five reformed state-owned enterprises as example, with the limited information, to analyze the factors influencing the employees sharing ownership via grey target theory. The result shows that the enterprise's profit-earning capability is the most important, and the share's concentration index ranks the second, the employee's age ranks the third, and the employee's work skill ranks the fourth. Therefore, the research shows that the chief motivation of the employees sharing ownership is for investment gain, and the subordinate motivation is for a secure job.
机译:为了研究我国内部私有化过程中职工持股的动机,本文以五家改革开放的国有企业为例,在信息有限的情况下,通过灰色目标理论分析了影响职工持股的因素。结果表明,企业的获利能力是最重要的,股份集中度指数排名第二,员工年龄排名第三,员工的工作技能排名第四。因此,研究表明,员工共享所有权的主要动机是为了获得投资收益,次要动机是为了一份稳定的工作。
