The Journal of Continuing Education in the Health Professions (JCEHP) Award for Excellence in Research (2006) is presented to R. Van Harrison and colleagues. They executed a multifaceted educational program to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of primary care delivered through the University of Michigan Health Center. Their study, "Integrating Education into Primary Care Quality and Cost Improvement at an Acade-mic Medical Center," appeared in 26(4). It demonstrated improvement in acute care, chronic care, and prevention.
