Introduction: This study sought to determine if the addition of perioperative mitomycin C (MMC) to treatment with bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) after transurethral resection (TURBT) is superior to TURBT plus BCG alone in high grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC).
