The assets will be under the management control of Edgcomb Metals Co., Macsteel's wholly owned subsidiary.With headquarters in Boston, Bellesteel Industries has operated its service centers for more than 45 years. The company is a distributor and processor of flat-rolled metals, servicing the New England market.
