CAKING of cooking salt is a perennial problem in the food industry,especially in humid summer weather.Household solutions such as adding grains of rice aren't very practical on the industrial scale.However,a team of Indian scientists may have achieved a breakthrough in the development of free-flowing salt.The solution? Change the salt crystal to give it a rounder,more rhombic shape.
