Aphid-Killing Fungus Research Funded

A Unique management tool for cotton that takes advatange of an aphid-killing fungus is helping to lower insecticide costs.The project,managed by Dr.Don Steinkraus at the University of Arkansas with funding from Cotton Incorporated,monitors levels of the fungus Neozygites fresenii,which attacks aphids every summer in the Mid-South and Southeast.
