Trans Adriatic Pipeline gains new shareholder

Snam S.p.A. (Snam) will become a shareholder in Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG by acquiring a 20 per cent stake in the project from Statoil. Following closing, TAP's shareholding will comprise BP (20 per cent), SOCAR (20 per cent), Snam S.p.A. (20 per cent), Fluxys (19 per cent), Enagas (16 per cent) and Axpo (5 per cent).
