Tatarstan firm signs MOUu for second ammonia-methanol complex

A memorandum of understanding to build a second ammonia-methanol complex in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan was signed in Tokyo between the investor Ammoni and the Japanese firms Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and Sojitz Corp. Ammoni is a joint venture between Regiongazfinans and the Tatarstan government.
