Contango Continues in Asian Naphtha Market

In Asian naphtha market, contango has continued since September 9 mainly due to oversupply. The contango that appeared in the inter-month spread (H2-October/H2-November) on September 9 was US$0.50/tonne, widened to US$3.50/ tonne on September 15. On September 16, the spread (H1-November/H1-December) was still on contango at US$2.75/ tonne.
