Essar Group of India is going to buy out coal producer of the United States, Trinity Coal. That is to buy out 100 percent shares of Trinity through its subsidiary Essar Minerals from DDenham Capital with the total purchase value of 600 million US dollars. The acquisition of the company is expected to be completed within March.
