On April 16, Bathurst Resources Ltd., Australia announced that it raised the fund for A$7.393 million by issuing 12.3 million new shares. Bathurst Resources intends to allocate this fund for the development cost of coal mines by Escarpment project the Company is proceeding with in New Zealand.
