JFE Shoji Acquires All Shares Of Republic Australia-Obtained interests in Baralaba & Wonbindi concessions-

On 20th October JFE Shoji Trade Corp. announced to have acquired from Three Cheeky Monkeys Pty Ltd. (TCM) of Australia all the shares of Republic Coal Pty Ltd. As a result, JFE Shoji obtained 37.5 percent interest in the existing coal mine in Queensland, Baralaba opencut mine as well as 20 percent interest in Wonbindi Project. As a result, share holding ratios in Baralaba coal mine have become 62.5 percent by Cockatoo Coal Ltd. and 37.5 percent by JFE Shoji, while those of Wonbindi Project 80.0 percent by Cockatoo Coal and 20.0 percent by JFE Shoji.
