Anglo American plc makes a future plan to expand the export business of coking coal by positively driving coking coal projects in Australia, Canada and Mozambique and catch up with BHP Billiton Limited who is going ahead in this business. Based on this project, Anglo American recently has decided to purchase a 58.9% interest in Revuboe project, a coking coal project in Mozambique from Talbot Group Pty Ltd., Australia. The purchase amount is A$540 million (US$555 million).
