No Progress In Naphtha Negotiation With ADNOC

Negotiations on term naphtha from Unit Arab Emirates for shipment from October 2010 to September 2011 have gone into a stalemate. Abu Dha National Oil Company, or ADNOC, which presented its offer prices to Asian customers in late July, discounted the prices against customers' bids afterward. No buyers seem to have signed contracts until now.
