PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing operating activities, wherein the whole progress of a business negotiation in the actual operating activities can be efficiently grasped by making a sales representative and a business manager digitize an uncertain trend of individual business negotiation activities of into a progress ratio (%) and a progress money amount.;SOLUTION: The progress situation of each of the different business negotiations is digitized by using a matrix block diagram; the actual progress money amount is grasped by the business negotiation progress ratio (%) and an estimated money amount; and a plan for a proactive business negotiation strategy can be laid, so that matters caused by impairment of credibility and a loss of a chance can be reduced. Thus, the ratio of the establishment of contracts after the business negotiations, which are associated with a plurality of cases, is effectively enhanced, because respective accurate business strategy guidance and instructions can be provided in terms of the management of the business negotiations which are associated with the plurality of cases and committed to each business representative from a manager and a service superior.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
