On May 24 local time, Mechel PAO, a major metals and resource company in Russia announced that Mr. AndreySlivchenko, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will resign his post as the contract expires. Mechel had a two-year contractwith him.Besides, Mechel is going to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on May 26 and get an approvalfor a debt restructuring plan amounting to a total of US$5.1 billion which the top management of the Company previouslyagreed with 4 banks as a major creditor.
