Naphtha Supply-Demand in Asia Expected to Become Tight

There are growing expectations that supply-demand balance of naphtha in Asia will slightly become tight in the future and that Asian open spec naphtha market, which has been weakening since the end of February, will turn bullish. The biggest factor is decreasing inflow of arbitrage supplies from Europe and the United States into Asia.
