As reported, Anglo American determined to continue metallurgical coal operation in Canada. With this, Anglo withdrew selling off interests in Peace River Coal Limited Partnership (PRC). Anglo has been operating metallurgical coal business through PRC at present. PRC is operating the Trend coal mine in the northeast area of the state of British Columbia (BC). In addition to this, PRC owns interests in the undeveloped coal mining lots such the Horizon, Murry River, and Szxon/Belcourt mining lots in BC.
