Australian Aurizon to Terminate Enterprise Agreements in Queensland

Australian Aurizon Holdings Limited announced on May 12th that it has made an application to the Fair Work Commission (FWC), the Australian governmental organization, to terminate 14 articles of Queensland-based Enterprise Agreements. The agreement had been valid for three years and actually expired in December 2013.
