On 3rd February Australian mining company Rocklands Richfield Ltd. announced to have discontinued negotiations for purchase with Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, one of the major iron and steel and electric power companies of India. As reported before, over acquisition of Rocklands, till now severe battle has been waged between Jindal and Meijin Energy Group in Shanxi Province of China.
