Buyers, who are negotiating to settle contract prices of naphtha on yearly basis with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, or ADNOC, in United Arab Emirates, are expected to reply on whether they can accept prices offered by ADNOC on or before November 8th. As ADNOC offered higher prices than expected by buyers, most of them expressed their intention not to purchase naphtha. On the other hand, there is a customer who is hinting at their renewal of the contract. It cannot be denied that ADNOC's offers might be fixed as premium prices.
