Combining high volume output with a marked degree of product differentiation is the tricky route that polyolefins major Borealis has chosen to follow.Not for John Taylor and his team the limited grade slate,maximum tonnage approach;instead,the emphasis is on using technology to generate a wealth of new application and customer developments.During the last quarter alone,the Borealis innovators have come up with several new materials including the PP blown film grade suitable for PE operators and new paintable,recyclable zero gap PPs for the new BMW Series 1.
