Over 100 scientists, technologists and that new breed of special-ists-business managers-gath-ered in the Russian capital on 1 November to discuss the development of the poly-urethanes industry, for the first time since 1988. And the packed one-day pro-gramme covered a lot of ground, with 24 presentations addressing many of the key issues facing the industry as it reinvents itself following the major turbulence in the region since the fall of Communism.
