Hennecke has developed high-pressure RTM technology, after a lot of requests from customers, said Jens Winiarz, sales manager for CSM (composite spray moulding). Hennecke also has a new metering machine for high-pressure RTM technologies, where it can mix materials in the well known high-pressure technology, but also fill the mould using high pressure, of 40-50 bars. This allows the materials to fill the mould "really fast," Winiarz said. Then the materials will react faster, giving lower cure time.
