Recticel PU skin patent published

Munich, Germany - The European Patent Office (EPO) has published details of a Recticel method for producing a flexible elastomeric polyurethane skin. The Belgium-based polyurethane foam producer's Recticel Automobilsysteme filed the innovation in 2006 and it was published on 4 March 2015. According to application 10168558.4, the company seeks to protect a method "producing a flexible elastomeric composite polyurethane skin wherein a polyurethane reaction mixture is sprayed onto a mould surface."
