Luoyang, Henan - Liming Institute is expecting to complete construction of its 20T/year dimeryl diisocyanate (DDI) facilities in mid or late 2015, the company said. "The DDI facilities are expected to have RMB6- 10m ($1-1.6m) annual production value when in operation," said Shang Bingkun, head of the institute's propellant R&D department. Both crude and refined DDI will be supplied.
