The foundation laying ceremony for the construction of a 540 million RMB worth 300kt/a methanol project invested by Henan Blue Sky Group took place on October 28,2003 in Zhumadian city.The 300kt/a methanol project owned by Henan Blue Sky Group is currently the largest in China production unit,which is also the key project to utilize the "West-to-East pipeline" gas.
