The case reported by Castelli et al gives me the opportunity to confirm that... often some things are not as they seem. In the image below (Fig. 1), one can see hastily a fetus. But it is wrong! This voiding cystourethrography demonstrates a "fetus-like" bladder herniation into the left scrotum (arrow indicates the urethra, not the umbilical cord).
