Level of average prices for Ural oil in December 2002 increased by approximately 24 percent and constituted USD/MT 220-225 as on the end of the month against the range of USD/MT 180-185 in the beginning of December. Average prices for oil products in December 2002 also augmented by 14-16 percent both for gasoline and gasoil. The figures for A-92 gasoline and gasoil made up correspondingly about USD/MT 285-295 and USD/MT 270-280 as on the end of the month against indexes of USD/MT 245-255 for A-92 gasoline and USD/MT 235-245 for gasoil in the beginning of the month.
