In a world of woes, utilities, railroads and coal producers are probably "closer today than they've been" in the past, one source told U.S. Coal Review. "I think utilities have come to realize certain things, and they are managing their issues much better than they ever have with the suppliers and the railroads," the source said, while acknowledging that there are "still some adversarial relationships."
