Cenveo completes sought after National acquisition; sells custom unit to Ennis

After failing in 2010 to acquire bankrupt National Envelope, Cenveo completed its acquisition of National, the second largest envelope paper producer in North America, this week and a day later signed a letter of intent to sell its custom envelope division to Ennis for $47.5 million.
