New Shell Shares Traded from July

Shares in Royal Dutch Shell (The Hague),the Shell parent company to be created by the previously announced merger between holding companies Royal Dutch (The Hague) and Shell Transport and Trading Co.(London),will start trading on July 20,subject to shareholder approval {CW,Dec.1/8.2004,p.23).Shareholders in both holding companies will vote June 28 on the proposals,the companies say.
