Yueyang Forest & Paper expanding into landscape architecture after swapping out pulp mill

Chinese firm Yueyang Forest & Paper . is diversifying into the landscape architecture segment by acquiring a local landscape engineering firm. The paper company has publicized a private placement plan in aid of the acquisition. According to Yueyang Forest & Paper, it plans to issue a maximum of 550 million shares to 10 investors to collect up to RMB 3.55 billion ($555.6 million).
