摘要

The paper presents results of tests which were made to estimate quality of a lot of welded PHI 28.0 X 2.0, PHI 52.0 X 3.2, PHI 58.0 X 2.9 and PHI 62.2 X 3.2 mm tubes in 12 A1, 08 A1, St3Sx, FeP01, FeP01-B, St52-3 and S355JR grade steels and PHI 38.0 X 1.5 mm tubes in high-chromium 0H11T steel tubes manufactured in a new production line in Huta Buczek S.A. The tests included chemical analyses of the materials, determination of static tensile properties, hardness measurements, examination of macro and microstructures, expansion tests and tensile tests of weld areas. Results of the tests of the lot of low carbon, low alloy and high alloy tubes show that it is possible to guarantee weld strength factor equal to tin all tubes under consideration.
